The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) will host the final series of public information meetings for the I-84 New Mix Waterbury Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study in March and April. Click here to view the Press Release.

With support from the New Mix team, students from W.F. Kaynor Technical High School created a 3D model of a portion of the New Mix’s Modern Crossover Interchange alternative to display at the final public meeting series. This project gave students an opportunity to get hands-on experience with the jobs of the future and shows the real-life applications of STEM/STEAM programs. Come experience this model at our in-person Open Houses on March 27, 2025, and April 2, 2025.
